At Kiss Yoga the therapeutic combinations of movement and breath not only deal with the symptoms you’re feeling but also the underlying imbalances of the body.

Yoga style

The yoga at Kiss differs from traditional styles – the pose is not the main aim, instead the yoga works specifically on the symptoms of stress in the body through a therapeutic combination of movements which stimulate the natural healing substances of the body, such as endorphins.

Meridian Yoga

We all know yoga can relax you and build your core strength, but did you know you have the power to specifically energise and heal your organs via the movement of the meridians?

Meridian yoga involves the movement of specific body parts which stimulates sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles of the body. This results in the body producing natural substances, such as endorphins, serotonin and dopamine.

Lisa Morgan

Lisa has been teaching yoga full time since 2005.

The birth of her son in 2013 changed her approach to yoga dramatically – her compassion for the time-poor became an obsession!

Lisa was inspired to develop the Kiss Yoga Programs focussing on efficient and effective movements to maximise the benefits in the short time available to the busy mums and workers on the Northern Beaches.
